Baduan Jin
This set stands as perhaps the oldest known Qigong set with many different variations. It involves 8 movements to regulate the life force, assist with bone mineral density (per one study), along with balancing sinews and tendons. This movement pattern stems from before the common era 400. Some say much older "shamanic" practitioners utilized the movements pre-historically. Our version is gentle yet effective.
6 Qi Cultivation Exercises
Simple, profound, and easy to perform- these extremely gentle movements bring one into alignment with breath and awareness. Gratefully, this set directly follows the Liang Zhen Pu (broad style) lineage.
5 Elements
This gorgeous set of movements marry the elemental process of nature with the inner workings of the body. Go from the changes of fall into the still waters of winter, transforming to the growth of spring, into the fires of summer, and the fullness of late summer. Feel each organ move with the elements. A real treat to be had.
5 Animal Play
The wisdom of nature again comes alive with the Five Animal Sets. It takes the concept of the five elements a step further into the realm of animal pageantry. Crane (fall), Deer (winter), Tiger (spring), Monkey (summer), and Bear (late summer) are all represented.
